WHAT'S HAPPENING from the Bulletin (AUGUST 29, 2010) .
OAK PARK FALL FAIR - SEPTEMBER 11!
On Saturday, September 11th, we have a
great opportunity to be the church by
participating in Oak Park’s Community
Fair. This community event is hosted by
the Oak Park Neighbourhood Centre and
will attract hundreds of families from
north Oakville. Please set aside part of
the afternoon and/or evening to help
engage and serve our community. We’ll
be running a number of children’s activities and doing all
we can to support the good work of the Oak Park
Neighbourhood Centre. We’re looking for help with a
variety of tasks between 3:00-8:00pm. Please sign up
at the back table or contact the church office if you are
able to help for any part of this time.
BTL TRIP REPORT - SEPTEMBER 12!
We are waiting until Sunday September 12th when
everyone is back for the fall for our Big Trout Lake
report. Mark this day on your calendars because you
won’t want to miss all of the exciting stories about what
God has been doing through The Sanctuary in the Big
Trout Lake community!
DIVORCECARE
Divorcecare, a 13-week program for those who are
separated/divorced, will be meeting on Monday
evenings 7:00-8:30pm beginning September 13th, at
Oak Park Community Centre (6th Line and River Glen
Blvd.). For more information, Contact Steve or Sandy

BODY BUILDER TEAMS NEED YOU
Are you a part of a team yet? What are you waiting for?
Join together with others from The Sanctuary Church
Family for Sunday morning fellowship, prayer and
set-up for our church service. Many opportunities are
available including hospitality, greeting, offering, set-up
and take-down, children’s ministry, sound, video
camera, power-point and prayer. Teams serve one
month out of every four. Contact church office.
WOMEN’S MINISTRY
BETH MOORE SIMULCAST - Sept. 18
Hosted by The Sanctuary Brampton, a ladies all-day
event (10:00am-5:00pm). Tickets are $25 if purchased
before September 1st! Please make your

Food donation bags available at the back of the auditirium Sunday mornings. Please place items in the containers. Currently there is a great need for cooking oil, canned fruit and canned meat. The food bank is extremely low, your assistance is greatly appreciated.
