Brad Klinck, B.Sc. Children’s and Executive Pastor Brad was exactly where he wanted to be. He was designing robots and moving up in the corporate world. Yet something was missing. Brad still hadn’t discovered the purpose for which he was created. Brad’s purpose became clear when God called him to quit his engineering job, and join the staff at The Sanctuary. Brad and Lisa were instrumental in planting the Sanctuary’s first daughter church in Burlington, where they served for 4 years. At the start of 2007, the Klincks returned to the Oakville Site so that Brad could serve as the Children’s Pastor. Brad also serves as the Executive Pastor with oversight of legal, corporate, financial, and administrative matters across all Sanctuary sites. The Klincks have a dual passion and purpose: a) to raise up the next generation of Christ-followers and church leaders, and b) to lay a foundation for the next generation of transformational churches.
